I’ve gone from skinny fat teen, to NASM Certified Personal Trainer, turned 3 X Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini Competitor, to new Mom suffering from “Mom Bod Depression” and back to a healthy version of myself. I have travelled along the fitness spectrum in my own right and call upon my personal experience, professional knowledge and relationships to help other’s transform into healthier versions of themselves!

While I truly believe there is no one size fits all meal plan, I did my best to come up with plans that appeal to a wide range of individuals at all different levels of fitness.
