Why NOT Be Fit?
My mission is to Inspire every Individual to consider healthy living above all else by way of training, education, and communal outreach.
Who Am I?
I like to answer that question by first ruling out everything i am NOT. I am NOT perfect. I am not super human. I am not better than you,her, him,or them. I am not above reproach. I am not arrogant. I am not YOUR AVERAGE CHIC!
I wear many hats, a fitness enthusiast just happens to be one of them! I am also a mom, a sister, a friend, a motivator, an entrepreneur a few times over and someone who enjoys sweets and an occasional drink just like other Toddler Moms at 1:00 pm on a Tuesday after putting baby down for the second nap of the day, contemplating a glass of wine or a glass of water!
I am also determined! I’m determined to inspire, to live my best life, and to see other’s do the very same. One of the means by which I choose to do those very things is showing up every day as the best version of myself. I’m able to do this by way of exercise, subscribing to a balanced diet, and a healthy self care practice.
Here at Why Not Be Fit I can provide you with tools for each of those things via online and in-person training, meal plans and food guides, and a ton of research and suggestions on how to practice self care as we navigate this crazy thing we all experience: LIFE! So I pose this simple question; Why NOT Be Fit?
