Personal training sessions will offer each client an individualized experience with me. I make sure to collect all the necessary data needed to create the most effective plan and strategy to help you reach your health and fitness goals. I work closely with you providing all the necessary demonstration, technique, and fitness knowledge to help you along your wellness journey. Online Training
Why Not Be Fit aims to serve any and everyone that has a desire to change or improve their fitness lifestyle so we also offer online training for clients near and far. This may require a bit more data collection on the part of the client concerning body metrics. The same individualized experience will be offered with bi weekly weigh-ins and measurements as well as daily updates being apart of the package.
